FOR PARTICIPANS FROM ITALIAN UNIVERSITIES ONLY!

All participants are kindly recommended to register via the Online Registration Form. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. To benefit from the reduced early registration fee, please process your registration before  September 15th 2016. You can decide to register to Wivace, to Bionam or to both meetings.

 

Registration Fee

The Conference registration fees are:

  • WIVACE
    • REGULAR:
      • Before 15th of September 2016: 250 €.
      • After 15th of September 2016: 350 €
    • STUDENT: 100 € ( only for master/PhD students - valid student ID is required)
  • BIONAM
    • REGULAR:
      • Before 15th of September 2016: 200 €.
      • After 15th of September 2016: 300 €
    • STUDENT: 100 € ( only for master/PhD students - valid student ID is required)
  • WIVACE/BIONAM
    • REGULAR:
      • Before 15th of September 2016: 350 €.
      • After 15th of September 2016: 500 €
    • STUDENT: 150 € ( only for master/PhD students - valid student ID is required)

 

Every contribution must have at least one author registered who presents the contribution. Other co-authors of the same paper wishing to attend the conference should register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Author registration is non-refundable.

 

Registration Deadline

Registration deadline for authors: July 15th 2016.
Registration for non-authors will remain open and will be possible on-site.
